CSC I-485 Tracking - Glossary and ColorCoding

Glossary of Terms:

Handle User's ID on immigrationportal.com board (Click on this to see member's most recent posts).
MD Mailed Date (date mailed I-485 application to INS).
RD Receive Date (date INS received I-485 application).
ND Notification Date (date INS entered data, issued receipts).
WAC# INS CSC case number (is in format of WAC xx-xxx-xxxxx need only first 5 digits).
AP Advanced Parole Approval Date.
EAD Employment Authorization Approval Date.
iEAD Interim EAD.
FPRcvd Date FP Notice received.
FPDone Date when FPs are done.
FPSchd Actual FP scheduled Date.
FPLoc Location where FPs actually scheduled (not where you did your FPs).
AD Approval Date (I-485 approval date as per AVM or approval notice).
PD Priority Date (the receipt date of LC or I-140 application EB1 NIW /OR).
EB? Employment Based Category (EB1-EB2-EB3 RIR etc).
Country Country of citizenship.
Remarks Other information (AVM message, RFE, Interview etc).

Color Coding:

Cells are filled with color when a particular stage is finished.

Used to identify "Got Receipts", "Got AP", "Got EAD", "Finished FPs" stages.

If AP/EAD/AD Cell(s) is empty with white background means "Didn't apply" or "waiting".

About digit(s) next to sorted lists:

2. Sorted lists based on Year and Month has two views. Click on Month name to get list based on Mailed Date, and Click on "2" to get secondary view for the same month based on Notification date.
3. In "Sorted lists" for RD, ND, AD secondary views are provided. Click on RD/ND/AD to see all records. If you click on "3" you will get secondary view where all those pink records (records that are added at or around approval time) are filtered. This is provided to facilitate app. calculations based on how many people are waiting infront of you and how long it will take for your approval at current speed.
4. Secondary view for "Sorted list by ND". Click on "4" to get list sorted by ND Year, ND month, FPDone, and ND. This may help to see if FP done date has any secondary infulence on approvals after ND.
5. Secondary view for "Sorted list by ND". Click on "5" to get list sorted by ND Year, ND month, AD, FPDone, and ND. This is to show all Approved cases in AD order and pending cases in FPDone order for that month.
