5. Copy of previous Employment Authorization Card.

9. Copy or Marriage Certificate.
I kindly request the renewal of Employment Authorization Card (EAD). I qualify for the issuance of the Employment Authorization Card since I have a separate I 485 (adjustment of status) application for permanent residence filed with INS.
